Sejong City is a new city that has been reborn as a new administrative complex as one of the decentralized characteristics of the existing administrative center. Unlike the existing new city, BRT has introduced a new transportation system and each area has a concept, which is a complex new city. Among them, the 3-1-living zone within this site has the characteristics of an urban administrative region, making it a characteristic of convenient city image.   In line with this, the project presents a design for images that naturally mixes with nearby neighborhood parks and school facilities, but also evokes the vibrancy and dynamism of the new city
